**NOTE: If you use wax-based cleaners or have hard water, we highly recommend you clean the Rollibot M6 mop after each use. If you experience reduced spray / no spray, please try these steps:
– Fill a small glass ¼ full with white vinegar. Fill the rest of the glass with warm water. Dip a toothbrush into the vinegar water and scrub the front of the nozzle, to eat away at caked on dirt, wax, and calcium.
– Insert the tip of a toothpick into the nozzle hole as far as possible. Do not force the toothpick, simply push it in and out slightly. This breaks up buildup inside the nozzle.
-Empty the water from the unit and refill it with the vinegar water. Let it sit for at least ten minutes. Power the unit on and press the spray button. As warm vinegar water passes through the tube and nozzle, it will dissolve and push out any dirt and grime.
